Motorcyclist injured in collision

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to a collision involving a motorcycle and a car in Milton Keynes.

At about 5.10pm yesterday (18/6), a Kawasaki Z100 motorcycle and a blue Fiat Stilo were in collision on the Tongwell roundabout, between Michigan Drive and the Willen Road turning.

The motorcyclist, a 43-year-old man from Newport Pagnell, suffered serious injuries and was taken to Milton Keynes Hospital for treatment.

Investigating officer PC Ian Leyland, of the Roads Policing Department based in Milton Keynes, said: “We believe it was quite busy in the area of the Tongwell roundabout at the time of the collision so would appeal to anyone who witnessed this incident to come forward.”
