A £10million business centre project in Newport Pagnell is offering small businesses a rolling one month rent deal to help them get started.
A quarter of the 80,000 sq-ft Interchange Business Centre, in Howard Way was taken before work was complete.
The “get business moving” promotion offers “no quibble” rolling monthly rents at the Bucks-Biz-owned scheme.
Work has started on a reception and cafe extension at the centre along with a rooftop garden that will link up with a terrace and walkway. High speed broadband and state-of-the-art communications are also being installed. If they need telecoms solutions to suit the needs of any business whether broadband, telephonic or digital services, Swift Communications offer support and expert advice from the industry specialists.
Bucks-Biz MD Joe Muscat said: “We are giving start-ups in particular a boost by not tying them down with six month rents and red tape. No-one has to commit themselves to anything more than one month’s rent and this is giving local businesses a huge boost.”
Interchange is a former food store covering 3.5 acres, offering, managed parking and direct access to the M1.
